All the Pine planks are impregnated with insecticide and fungicide. After treatment, the planks are Kiln seasoned till it achieve the required balancing characteristics according to Arturo quality standards.

The AUTO COMPOSING PROCESS ensures Minimum gap, overlapping or brings no corrugation hence eliminating the chances of opening up, chipping or any weakening of layers in the blockboard when cut.
